So lucky to live across the street and come here regularly for their matcha! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and cheerful, and the drinks and food are great, especially the cheese bread.

Sunrise sandwich was not good. The brioche bun was stale and the cheese was still partially frozen. However the Americano was good and latte art was pretty. Ambiance is nice as well.
