Steamy Shots Espresso

Do not go here. I pulled in for a drink. Asked to see a menu because I like trying signature drinks that stands have. The young lady tells me they don’t have a menu but can make anything. I told her I don’t know the ingredients of signature drinks I get at other stands, and that I would just go elsewhere. She then mentions, so I thought, something about the ingredients of a drink. I then notice she is pointing her phone at me, appearing to take pictures. At first I thought maybe she was pulling up a drink recipe, but no, she was actually take pictures or video of me. I asked what she was doing, she said I’m going to report you for harassment. I said, “Excuse me? Harassment for what? You don’t have a menu and I said I would go elsewhere.” She said I can’t come up here and not order a drink. I then tell her I’ve never been to a stand that doesn’t have a menu. I don’t know what goes in mixed coffee drinks. She says she’s going to take a picture of my plate. 😳 Excuse me? For what. I literally tried to leave. I told her this whole experience was very uncomfortable and I don’t appreciate her taking my picture. She said she would delete it when I leave and then criticized me for acting the way I was. I told her she’s a very nasty person and I don’t appreciate any of this. I literally just swung in for a coffee after running errands nearby. I went ahead and ordered a drink because she threatened to report me for harassment if I didn’t. The drink, as one would expect, was not good at all. Almost entirely milk, with the smallest splash of coffee. Honestly the taste reminds me of a flat Pepsi that someone poured water in. What a waste of time. Do better. Business opportunity lost. Now I’ll go to Good Vibes Espresso in Lacey on my way home in order to get a good drink. AND their girls gave clothes on!

2nd time if come to this location. If I lived in Spokane I would drive here. Coffee is Amazing, great customer service. I always get great service but Tip well and you will get even better service from the Barista's. Tips are NOT calculated in how much you will spend here for your coffee that depends on how generous you would like to be. 10 out of 10. I'll be there any day I can anyway I can.

Friendly advice... don't have ness be a fill-in. You will lose customers.

I was highly disappointed when I went to go see my usual barista and she wasn’t there. Instead it was her replacement, Ness whom I’ve had the displeasure of meeting at butterflies. I hope this was just a one time thing.
