Canal Coffee Company

Coffee was fine, not great. While I was there I witnessed a manager named Mariana yelling and being verbally abusive to another employee which disturbed me.

I am exploring many different sugar free options to find my new regular drink. The staff is always full of helpful suggestions and ideas! Canal has the largest list of sugar free flavors I have found at a coffee place. They have several great food options as well. Even pup cups.

We tried to drive up. But she wanted to take our order way out. No one was in front of us. The gurl who took our order at the walk up window was great. I opted out to not order at the drive through. So went and parked and ordered at the window. Loved the options. Definitely was delicious.

I was driving down the road today looking for a Starbucks and I passed Canal Coffee so I thought let me try this place out for a cup of coffee. I turned my car around to go get coffee and a little snack. I was greeted by a young man who came out of the back door with the little clipboard to take my order. Love you to see this young man know what customer service is all about. He was very pleasant and patient as I was trying to decide what was on their menu. He took my payment nicely told me to pull up to the next window where I would get my order. It was also created from the window by a couple young ladies who were also very pleasant and understood but customer service is all about. Coffee was decent and I got a lemon Loaf, which was pretty good. I would definitely come back to the spot. I’m in the mood for coffee and in the area again just for the simple fact of how these young people understood the value of good customer service.

Best coffee/breakfast place around. Amazing customer service. Drinks are made with love daily. I enjoyed the frozen hot chocolate today with a everything bagel that I took home an added Swiss cheese an ham to. Yummy
