Grounds For Thought

Stopped by after reading great reviews. Site says open at 6:30 but piece of paper taped to door states 8a. Made it a destination on our way to Strawberry, AZ and not open. Bummer.

.... it's a Starbucks in indie coffee shop clothing. Starbucks logos everywhere, and the menu is most of the stuff you can get at any Starbucks. Except that it's more expensive here. I can't say if it tastes good, because nobody came out to help us when we were there. So we left. No clue how this place could have such high ratings. Cool name though!

Never knew about this place until it popped up on my Google Maps Explore tab. What an awesome little coffee shop with plentiful seating, pop-culture inspired drinks, and friendly staff. They also have a trivia question that changes to get a 25¢ discount off your drink. Fun!

This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop! It's my first stop every morning. The baristas always help me star my morning of with a cheerful smile and the coffee is Amazing! They know coffee and come up with some very creative latte combinations. Most mornings I just ask them to make me something and it's always amazing! ☺

Best caramel macchiato I have ever had in my life ; no one can do it better than their barista ( the tall guy who wears small hat ) . I really miss those days when I was a second language student there 💔
