Cafe Elite

I ordered a decaf because I don't drink anything with caffiene. Guess what? I was served regular coffee. It's 1am in the morning, and I am wide awake, and my heart is pounding, and my head is aching. I super hate it and so annoyed right now. How do I know I was served regular coffee? Because the barista tossed the receipt real quick and trashed it( did'nt hand it to me), and I was never awake until 1 am with a heart pounding, and a headache. This only happen when I drink non decaf. The reason why i don't drink regular coffee anymore. I had water all day and this is the only coffee I drinked today. Will never come back ever again!! The coffee was overpriced and does not even taste good. This is my second time here. My first time I got decaf and did not have any trouble but this time is different. Never again!

Sorry. That review was for another place completely. (Ihop) Not sure how it got mixed up. I actually love your spot. You have the best drive through coffee in the area. Best service and best coffee.

I came by this morning and mistakenly ordered a caramel frappe instead of a pumpkin like I intended. I kindly asked the barista if she was able to remake it. She takes the old one and starts remaking it, great. However, the window is wide open and I hear her talking about me to her coworker. They also failed to ask if I have a phone number with them and I don’t get my points. If she would’ve simply said no we’re unable to remake the drink it would be fine. But berating me when I’m literally right there, making eye contact is just disrespectful and horrible customer service at 9am on a Sunday. At least wait for me to leave to badmouth.

Really cool space, and impeccable service but the nitro cold brew was a miss for me, and the breakfast burritos are the kind that get put in a microwave. This felt more like a fast food breakfast experience, than a cafe.

It's a cute, clean, little shop. The barista was friendly. Lot's of seating options and a spot for the kiddos to play. I wasn't super impressed with my iced Mocha, it was still a little warm when handed to me. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it wasn't too bad.
