Crema's Take
“Cafe Sapientia brings a Korean-inspired dessert sensibility to Conejo Valley coffee culture, where meticulously crafted espresso drinks share the spotlight with their signature shaved snow bowls and premium pastries. The owner-operated space strikes a rare balance between serious coffee craft and welcoming family atmosphere, complete with a curated record player collection that transforms each visit into a multi-sensory experience. Whether you're stopping by for their exceptional matcha, avocado toast, or simply to linger with a perfectly pulled espresso, this is the kind of neighborhood gem that keeps people coming back because it feels genuinely cared for.”

This is the best coffee shop in the Conejo Valley. Owners are super nice, and drinks are all extremely well made. Coming from living in LA, where there’s a million good places, this is truly the only coffee shop that measures to that standard.
Cafe Sapientia is a charming, family-run Korean-style dessert/small dish spot that my girls absolutely love. Their shaved snow bowls are generous enough to split into cups for two, perfect for sharing or taking to go. Dining in is always a delight: friendly staff, cozy vibes, and the owners’ hardworking kids pitching in with genuine care and smiles. Five stars for the food, the service, and the atmosphere. A true neighborhood gem.
Solid experience can’t complain, good pastry’s and coffee and nice atmosphere, also they have a record player with a large selection to choose from
An excellent coffee shop with a fantastic selection of brunch dishes, including their absolutely delicious avocado toast. They offer a variety of unique coffee options and high-quality pastries. The service is outstanding—very friendly—and the outdoor seating provides a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy your meal.
Matcha is my best! My hubby likes original. Their shaved ice form keeps long time. They are keeping serving bowl in freezer. Their snow powder ice is unbelievably soft. I recommend you to try sweet, good flavor ice melt in your mouth.
