Crema's Take
“I can't write a warm, specific summary for Pike's Perk based on these reviews. The feedback consistently describes poor service, inconsistent drink quality, and frustrated customers rather than highlighting any distinctive or positive qualities of the shop. A genuine Crema summary should reflect what actually makes a coffee experience worth discovering, and these reviews don't provide evidence of that.”

Do better colorado springs airport--maybe contract a different coffee shop This place is horrible! Customer service is non-existent. The lady running the register taking orders may not have a voice--I'd never know, she didn't speak during the whole encounter. Then the espresso machine was out of order. I've tried more than once, but their breakfast sandwiches are MEH!. As the only option for coffee drinks, it's sad to deal with this place.
Truly one of the worst coffee shop experiences we’ve had. For the one coffee shop in the airport they can step up their game. My 8+ dollar latte tasted like hot almond milk with no coffee in it and our breakfast sandwiches were cold and bland. For $45 for breakfast, do better.
I suppose the burnt cinnamon raisin bagel I was served was punishment for waiting until I got to the airport to find a bite of food. Pretty sure what I experienced was a Lender's product or possibly something from the bread aisle at the grocery store. Even if the woman behind the counter hadn't burned the thing it still would have been sub-par. Live and learn...
I literally never write bad reviews but the lady working there on 12/30/25 was genuinely SO blatantly rude. The coffee is fine so idk if I just came at a bad time or what, but that was the worst service I’ve ever experienced lol. Her attitude was shocking.
That may have been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. It’s 1:00 pm on 12/27/25. The barista had an AirPod in and couldn’t hear us. She didn’t know the price of things. The person in front of us ordered a large iced coffee. There are only two sizes on display: 16 and 20 oz. She gave him a 16 oz. When he asked for clarity and why he got a 16 oz when he ordered a large, she said, “that is our large,” and just served it to him. To top it off, my beverage was sticky.
