Speed Goat Coffee

Ordered 2 drinks. One being a Iced Dirty Chai with Maple… girl clearly didn’t care to stir the chai into the drink as there was a pound of sand at the bottom of my drink… I use to work at a very fast pace coffee hut here in Belgrade and that would have never been allowed out of our window. If you aren’t going to stir in the mixture, please use a liquid chai base! To the owner: I have photos if needed. Not trying to be ugly trying to give some training thoughts!

Had one the best drinks ever today! The service was amazing. Very friendly and even though she was by herself, it was extremely fast. I will definitely be back!!

I love this little coffee hut! I do have a favorite barista but the owner is amazing as well! My coffee is always perfect and the location is easy to swing through!

I have been going to speed goat for quite some time now. The ladies that used to work there were so kind and actually cared about the way they made my drink. First of all, I have driven there on my way to work sometimes at 5:30am and there is nobody there. I thought it opened at 5am? There is also a new girl that works mornings during the week who I dread seeing when I pull up to get my drink. She overfills it, it’s all over the lid and it’s to the point where it spills all over my car. It’s never mixed properly and I had to remind her I wanted cream last time and she had the heaviest sigh and rolled her eyes. My boyfriend was in the car with me and he was astonished by how rude she was. She doesn’t smile, no “hi how are you?”, doesn’t say a word and then has the audacity to shove the screen in my face and expect a tip on top of that? No thanks. Won’t be coming here again.

I have been a loyal patron of Speedgoat since they opened. Two of their best employees quit and now their hours are totally erratic (which I know things happen), but their new workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply asked why they haven’t been open in the morning and the girl jumped down my throat saying it’s none of my business, then she wouldn’t say one word to me. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I paid the other girl when I got there and I heard the rude one say as I was pulling away “did she even pay”. I literally have gone there everyday but will never go back. Hoping a coffee hut opens soon near by that actually values their customers.
