Crema's Take

This Silt gem takes their craft seriously, with baristas who actually know how to steam milk and pull shots that taste like coffee, not scorched water—their espresso drinks are consistently stellar. The welcoming vibe makes it perfect for lingering over a cup or grabbing something light, whether you're a local regular or passing through on a road trip, and they'll even hook you up with bulk beans if you want to take their quality home.

We ordered 10lb of coffee and they did a great job! Excellent customer service and very personable. Great prices and easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of us!

Very, very good coffee. Like legit coffee. The baristas all know how to steam milk like a dream too. Black Americano is perfect, not just burnt coffee with scalding water. Latte & Cappuccino are like velvet. Seasonally flavored drinks are 🤌🏼. Grab an empanada too. Skip Starbucks, spend your money locally. You won’t be disappointed.

Great menu selections and some food choices. Right on the main street. There is good seating and an area for children. Service is good.

Delicious coffee and excellent service. We ordered a half sweet vanilla latte and a dirty chai with their house-made almond milk. Both were made perfectly and tasted so good! I’ve never had almond milk so creamy. Wild will definitely will be a regular stop for us when we are in the area in the future!

Randomly stopped here during our cross-country road-trip. The café is very close to the interstate ramps off of a roundabout. The staff was really welcoming and it wasn't busy yet (8am). I got a latté, hubby got his usual cold brew, and we shared a savory pastry puff, as well as breakfast burrito. Everything was wonderful! The coffee was delicious--they roast in-house and supply coffee for a lot of local places. The food was very tasty although I don't know if that's house-made. Loved the ambience in there! They had a bunch of people come in while we were finishing up but there was still plenty of space for everyone. They even have a cute kid's barista play area. Highly recommend if you're passing through!
