I didn't get to explore the park all the pathways are still to slushy from the snow storm a few weeks ago.
Beautiful park with a peaceful lake and plenty of space to relax. The walking paths are clean and well maintained, and the lake view makes it a perfect spot for morning walks, picnics, or just unwinding. Great for families and anyone who enjoys waking in nature. Parking was easy, and the park felt safe and welcoming. Definitely a great place to spend time outdoors.
A chilly winter day and enjoyed hiking around the lake, seeing plenty of dogs and friendly owners, plus diving ducks and mallards. A splash of rain, a gust of wind, clouds and blue sky taking turns. What a lovely and refreshing outing in this well-marked, well-maintained historical spot.
This was the first time I walked this part. It is beautiful and has tons of ducks tons of birds and just beautiful and clean.
This is such a nice place for a hike, everybody seems to come here. Today a lot of people are taking graduation photos, and it's a great area for them. It's mostly accessible to everyone, but after the rains, we just had some of the trails and access points are really muddy. And the bridge was slippery. Birds, bullfrogs, herons, and turtles, abundant. I can't think of a season. I've been here that hasn't been peaceful and inviting.
