Been here 3 times in the last year, recommend the iced coconut latte! Recently ordered 3 drinks, ready in less than 7 minutes, all to customized sweetness and ice level. I like that I can order on a koisk and take my time. This is my favorite tea shop in years, it feels like a cute little haven amongst the mall chaos.
Worker looked like he didn't want to be there & on his phone (totally understand but go on your phone in the back not in the open). Then didn't even do my drink, why am I paying $8+ for almost half a drink with no soda? 😕 Won't be going back and certainly not having everyone I know go here. Not a money worth spending at all.
During the recent shooting incident at Westfield Valley Fair, I was in the mall with my two young children. At one point, we had nowhere to run and no clear place to hide. In that terrifying moment, the staff at Rabbit Rabbit Cream opened their door and waved us inside to shelter. They welcomed us and other people into the shop, moved us away from the entrance, and helped create a safer space for my kids while we waited for the police to announce that it was safe to leave. To make a better hiding place for the children, we quickly moved some drink packages on a shelf so the kids could tuck inside and be out of sight. Everything happened so fast. When it was finally time to evacuate, I had to focus on getting my children out as quickly as possible, and I didn’t have time to put everything back the way it was. I still feel sorry about that, and I am deeply grateful that the staff cared far more about our safety than about a messy shelf. The employees were calm, gentle, and incredibly brave. Even though they themselves were in danger, they focused on protecting the people in their shop – speaking softly to us, helping us stay as calm and quiet as possible, and never once making us feel like a burden. As a mother, I will never forget the moment when I realized that my children were finally in a safer place because of them. When we eventually evacuated, everything was so rushed that I only had time to say a very quick “thank you” before rushing my kids out of the mall. I didn’t get the chance to properly thank the staff in person, so I want to say it here: thank you for your courage, your kindness, and your humanity on one of the scariest days of our lives. You were our safe harbor in the middle of chaos. I truly hope the shop management and the company will recognize the employees who were working during this incident. On that day, they were not just serving drinks – they were protecting lives. I would also love to know the names of the staff who helped us, so that I can properly thank them in the future – whether with a personal thank-you or a contribution that can be shared among the team who were on duty that day. If the shop manager or company is able to respond with a safe and appropriate way to do this, I would be very grateful. I have also written to Westfield Valley Fair management to share what the Rabbit Rabbit Cream staff did that day, because I truly hope their bravery and kindness will be seen and remembered.
Probably my 3rd to last choice for dessert in this mall. The drinks are fancy and the ingredients are quality but it's just a lot of trendy flavors put together. The boba and the other toppings don't taste that great. The drinks and soft serve do come in small portions so relatively expensive. There was only one worker making the drinks there, a friendly girl who looked like she was in high school and just going off the book for each one. Took her a long time but not her fault.
Rabbit Rabbit Cream opened their new location within Westfield Valley Fair! 🐰 It's at the first floor near the plant shop. This spot has 2 kiosks available for ordering. The menu is mainly fruit/milk teas and soft serves/parfaits. They also have affogato and other non-tea and decaf items. I got their soft serve (dairy) with vanilla and assam--the tea flavor is pretty flavorful and the soft serve is quite sweet and creamy. The staff are kind and super quick. There's a decent amount of seating in surrounding areas of the mall. Pricing is standard/on the higher side. Would rec if you're a sweets lover like I am--this is a great addition to the existing dessert and refreshment options in the mall🍦😋
