Crema's Take
“French Truck Coffee's Highland location is a spacious, welcoming spot where the knowledgeable staff genuinely enjoys introducing customers to quality coffee, whether you're ordering a perfectly executed pour over or discovering your first specialty espresso drink. The café hits that sweet spot between serious about coffee craft and genuinely laid-back, with ample parking, solid pastries, and a quiet atmosphere that works equally well for focused work sessions or lingering conversations with friends.”

Love this Location! Everyone is always super sweet and nice ! I didn’t know a lot about coffee and this staff has gotten me on some good stuff ! Very informative !
What a wonderful space on Highland close to the campus of University of Memphis delicious copies fun interior space and grade eats parking outside checks all the boxes
I popped in for a pick-me-up, and French Truck did not disappoint. I love their coffee. IMO, it's much better than that popular national chain, you know the one. The café is open and large with ample seating that's not crowded. It was quiet and relaxing. At the barista's suggestion, I ordered an iced New Orleans coffee with caramel syrup, and she was spot on with her recommendation. It was a beautiful day outside, so I took my coffee to the large patio (which is dog-friendly) where there was ample shade. The baristas mentioned they had just introduced a new food menu, but I was only there for coffee. If you haven't tried their coffee - do it! You'll be glad you did. The parking lot is small, but I did find a space close to the store. That might be the only challenge to this French Truck location. Some of the BEST tasting coffee I've ever had. Very smooth, not burnt tasting. There was only girl there making coffee and food so service was a little slow but she did the best she could. Ambiance is cute!
Nice quick service, great quiet atmosphere; loved the oji pour over coffee, perfectly brewed, nice flavor and not bitter/acidic. I had a yummy toasted "everything" bagel with cream cheese
