Crema's Take
“This hotel cafe has a vending-machine coffee setup and a serious service problem that shows up repeatedly across its handful of reviews—staff indifference, cold food, and limited drink options are consistent complaints. With only 11 reviews and a 3.4 rating, there's not enough data to be fully confident, but the pattern suggests you'd be better off walking a few blocks to any of San Francisco's many actual coffee shops. Skip it unless you're genuinely stuck inside the Hyatt.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and pastries on the menu.

Staff was rude and our food was so cold we had to microwave it to be edible. Skip this! There is plenty of restaurants in the city that will be worth the money. Do not bother with this cafe!
Three coffee choices ONLY. They give you a cup to take to a machine. Then, add Service. Laughable
The rude lady who provided no service had a bad experience. I will never come back again.
this should be where Lyft pick up and drops should be set. near the lobby
