Crema's Take

This beloved Green Bay brunch destination wins hearts with its charming front patio and consistently delicious traditional breakfast fare, from fluffy monkey bread to perfectly executed coffee drinks that pair beautifully with leisurely sit-downs. While service can be inconsistent—some visits feel warmly attended while others lag—the overall experience shines when you arrive with patience and a willingness to settle in with your coffee, making it the kind of place that rewards lingering over your latte rather than rushing through.

Disappointed is the only way I can describe it… we were essentially ignored from the moment we were sat. Waited about 5 minutes for our waiter to introduce themselves and give us water. We placed our order at that point also. And once the food came we never were spoken to again until we asked for the check. The person who dropped off the donuts made no sound or eye contact- slid them on the table as a walk by. The donuts were burnt along with the toast and the muffin under the eggs benny. The grits meal was good though.. the hash brown casserole seemed undercooked and wasn’t something we’ll ever get again. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benny had an odd flavor- not sure if it’s their recipe or what, it came out a bit cold but the eggs benny was decent. The omelette was also decent.

Always super delicious 😋 we shared some monkey bread over a coffee and latte. Then he had the traditional breakfast with extra meat and I had the grilled chicken sandwich.

Such a cute brunch spot! They don’t take reservations, so be prepared for a bit of a wait—but they make it enjoyable. There’s a charming seating area out front where you can relax with a drink while you wait. We were quoted a 45-minute wait and were seated in just 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. We started with a bloody mary and a beer chaser, which were both excellent and a great way to kick off brunch. The food overall was very good. We ordered the hash, which was just okay, and the original Benny, which was delicious and definitely the standout. To round out the full brunch experience, we also tried the deviled eggs of the moment and the pickle tray—both fun additions and worth ordering. The space itself is small, cozy, and quaint. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the bar area is adorably decorated with an upscale, welcoming vibe. Overall, a great brunch experience, and we’ll certainly be back!

Went to brunch on a Sunday, not a long while ago- good crowd for a snowy day. Nice decor and lighting. Service was very nice, our server was helpful with suggestions (first time visitors). While they have yummy looking cocktails, we did not sample. Had the gumbo and a Green Tomato BLT … both exceptional. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delilah’s — Breakfast Bar Brilliance What a difference a sunrise makes. After a rough night elsewhere, Delilah’s was an absolute blessing. Our barista, Sebastian (we think that was his name), was the real deal — friendly, dialed in, and clearly takes pride in his craft. He talked shop with us while keeping drinks flowing, and every cup he poured was flawless. The food? Outstanding. It started with the cornbread appetizer — perfectly moist, with real corn and a trio of sauces that made it feel more like an event than a starter. Then came the classic eggs benedict, perfectly executed: the poached eggs broke just right, and the hollandaise was textbook perfect. We heard the grits were only mid — fair enough, every kitchen has a weak spot — but everything else was so on point it hardly mattered. Service: perfect. Food: exceptional. Ambience: warm, inviting, and confident without trying too hard. Delilah’s runs like a place that actually cares — and it shows in every detail.
