Crema's Take
“Java Joe's is a late-night haven in the heart of Wilton Manors where you can linger over expertly crafted espresso drinks and buttery croissants until midnight, making it ideal for both intimate meetups and serious study sessions. The recently renovated space strikes that perfect balance between cozy and stylish, with a thoughtful music selection and genuinely warm staff like Chris and Kerri who clearly take pride in both their drinks and hospitality. Whether you're after a traditional latte or an adventurous specialty concoction paired with a quiche or pastry, this is the kind of spot where you'll find yourself becoming a regular.”

Went there yesterday for the first time for a sandwich. I got The croissant with cheese and turkey was amazing and a latte for my friend , and the staff is very nice. I totally forgot the name of the guy who checked me out gray hair glasses and be very friendly. Thank you so much 😊
Honestly my new favorite coffee spot, its amazing, they close at midnight, so its perfect for some late night studying. Chris is an absolute doll, and makes amazing drinks, they're farely priced for the sizes aswell, and the place is kept so clean constantly. In my opinion they also play music better than dome bars lol. The best coffe shop on the drive hands down!
This is a great little coffee house located in the heart of Wilton Manors. They offer just about any concoction of coffee you want along with plenty of tasty sides. Their selections of quiches, cakes, cookies and pastries are very good. I particularly like their very thick slices of Quiche Lorraine. Aside from coffee and edibles, they also offer a pretty good selection of fruit juices and other soft drinks. Their creamy hot chocolate is another favorite. I order it instead of coffee sometimes. The atmosphere is relatively quiet with club music playing in the background, although their cappuccino machines can break the silence periodically. This used to be Java Boys. The new owners remodeled and added more seating. It's very tasteful and understated. You will tend to see a lot of their clientele using the space as an office. Tablets and laptops are everywhere, at least during the day. They have an area of outdoor seating, but in Florida heat, it's not used as much. For now, the weather has been comfortable, so it was full on the day I visited. In another month or so, the heat will probably be unbearable in the afternoon. The staff is attentive and seems to get along well. They work as a team and are very congenial. The guys are very efficient and keep up with keeping the space tidy. You do see a few small groups scattered about and a few couples, but for the most part, it's as I described previously, single men focused on their laptops quite intensely. There's an ebb and flow as some stay for a while working intensely and others come for a while and go. There's steady foot traffic too. The rest of us, like this reviewer are on their phones doing whatever.... It's a nice alternative to Stork's, another area coffee house. Java Joe's does not offer as many food selections. It's all lighter fare, but quite honestly, what they offer is more satisfying. I find the food offered by their rival to be more diverse, but seasoning is usually on the bland side. I think Stork's intentionally tries to stay more neutral with their seasonings. For my palette, that works against the hem, but they're a mainstay in the community and have been around for many years. It's a matter of personal preference. As for Java Joe's, if you're not tied to an office for your work, this looks like the perfect hangout for a quick break and to also get a few tasks done. I'm not sure what it's like at night, so I can't really say what to expect, but I know from experience that parking at night can be a challenge, although there are other parking options in easy walking distance. The coffee house is also located in a complex that has three bars along with several other popular nightspots that are nearby, so this is probably a nice place to take a break from dancing, or maybe to explore before going wild on a dance floor. Overall, it's a nice place with good service and decent food.
The owners of Hunters took this place over and I can’t get enough of it: great coffee, cool staff, nice pastries and dishes to eat, and they remodeled it rather nicely. The music is on point too, I feel like I am having coffee in Ibiza.
I love Java Joes! They recently renovated and it’s gorgeous inside. Super relaxing and a great place to meet a friend or get work done. Kerri is so sweet and is absolutely fantastic. Their coffee is smooth, and pastries and sandwiches are delicious. Great local coffee shoppe that I’m so glad is in the neighborhood!
