Crema's Take
“This Chinese import brings authentic bubble tea and creamy soft serve to NYC at prices that feel like a steal, with standout hits like their matcha soft serve and fresh mango sundaes that justify the buzz. It's the kind of casual, family-friendly spot where you can grab a quality peach oolong or jasmine tea without breaking the bank, though consistency seems to vary depending on who's making your drink. Perfect for a quick, affordable indulgence that tastes way better than the price tag suggests.”

Excited about this ice cream soft serve and bubble tea place from China opening up in NYC. The prices were just like the ones I remember from Asia, reasonable. The peach oolong tea was good, I could taste the peach and the oolong flavor strongly. In addition, you could choose your sugar level, from 30% to 200% the normal amount. Sadly, the ice cream machine was broken for some reason, which shouldn’t happen as this place just opened up 2 months ago. For a chain dessert store that is the biggest in the world, I would have expected their first US chain to have excellent quality. Food - 9/10 Price 10/10 Quality - 6/10 Environment 9/10
Their soft serve is so good and so cheap omg - Matcha ice cream ($1.84 after taxes): 11/10 so creamy, and the strength of the matcha is pretty good. High quality! HUGE amount of soft serve for the price, and I didn’t wait at all after I ordered
Great spot for bubble tea and soft serve at reasonable prices. I got the Matcha Soft Serve and Peach Mango Jasmine. Definitely worth coming back for more!!
The real standout for me is their mango sundae. It’s bursting with fresh, juicy mango flavor that pairs amazingly with the soft-serve. The fruit tastes ripe and sweet, and it adds a refreshing contrast to the cool creaminess of the ice cream. Each bite feels like summer in a cup! And the best part? The prices are super reasonable. You get really great quality without stretching your wallet. It’s the kind of place where you can treat yourself — often — without feeling guilty about the cost.
Did not live up to the hype. I tried the peach oolong and could not taste the oolong flavor at all. The price is cheap which is why I’m giving it 3/5 stars. I don’t know why they have a cash register in the front I they want you to use the kiosk. Should make that clearer. Now that I’ve tried it once, I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to try it again.
