Coffee Worx inside Raleigh Pharmacy

Switched from one of the bigger pharmacies and I was worried about the hours being an issue. Well they aren't, and the experience has been about a million times more pleasant and friendly. If you are sick of the runaround, insane waits, long phone waits with no one picking up, then I highly recommend you switch like I did. Zero regrets, I just wish I would have done it sooner!

I love the fast personal service of a small, private pharmacy! They also have a small market, and coffee shop. I stop in for my prescription, if it's not already done they do it within 1 minute, and grab a couple groceries while I'm there. Then you can step around the corner and get a Latte'.

I have been using this family pharmacy for years. I love them, they are so honest and treat me like family. Keep up the fantastic work!

Excellent “local” pharmacy that has been very good to me over the years. Great small coffee shop and packaging shipping dept too. Great services and personable service. I always support local hard working businesses doing great things for the community. Highly recommend for all pharmacy and personal shopping needs.

There is no mistake whatsoever, and all points are accurate and verifiable. ~~~~~ Pharmacy: No auto refills, no call when prescription is ready, often don't have medicine in stock at refill time (this is predictable), co pay varies wildly (can't wait to sort that out), and one time they refilled a prescription with the wrong dosage and then initially denied they'd made a mistake. All that with a self-righteous attitude from the owner, who avoids dealing with customers directly at all costs even though he's usually there.
