Crema's Take
“This charming beachside café has earned genuine affection from locals and visitors alike with its cozy atmosphere and genuinely impressive breakfast spread, particularly their legendary cinnamon rolls that people rave about by name. The espresso drinks are crafted with care using quality ingredients, and while the self-service setup keeps things casual and relaxed, the portions are generous enough that you'll want to come back to try everything on the menu. It's the kind of place where you can linger over coffee, browse the gift shop between bites, and feel like you've discovered something special tucked away in Holmes Beach.”

Cute atmosphere! They bring your food but pretty much self service. Coffee and cinnamon roll were great! Ingredients good. The put together of food was bad. Everything was watery. The employees were complaining about being there and food quality showed it. The burrito was so soggy couldn’t even hold it and the eggs were so watery while the vegetables were only half cooked.
Absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend for a great breakfast with many options that are very filling or on the lighter side. Getting their large cinnamon roll is also a must - worth every bite! Seating is also first come first serve, with parties often sharing longer tables. So just something to consider with larger parties/kids, but there were many options!
We drove from Venice and we decided to eat breakfast at this restaurant. We loved the food. The best avocado toast in Anna Maria. There's plenty of parking in the back. The gift shop has a variety of souvenirs at good prices. The employees are kind and attentive.
Great breakfast spot with a cute gift shop inside. The portions are huge and we wish we would’ve got their famous cinnamon roll but we were too full. Highly recommend!
We’re staying at Anna Maria Beach Resort for the week and have been biking around to different spots. We stopped at Ginny’s & Jane E’s Café because she really wanted to try the Chicken Caesar wrap and I was in the mood for a BLT. Her wrap was excellent and even the chips were great. My BLT honestly surprised me, it wasn’t what I was expecting, it was better. The bun and the amount of bacon really sealed the deal. Also, the ranch here is fire. We’re from Pittsburgh, so we’ve had our fair share of ranch, and this was some of the freshest, lightest, and best-tasting ranch I’ve had. 100% recommend. The décor is also super fun. The mismatched tables and chairs give it so much character. Probably the cutest place we’ve visited so far.
