Afternoon Coffee

Great coffee and service. We go there every weekend and miss it when we are out of town. Highly recommended. It also a short walk from depot park which makes it very convenient. We love their affogato, cappuccino, and iced latte.

YES! a place that does amity-indie-organic-gainesville so well. easily the best breakfast in town. johnny cakes and sausage all day long.

atmosphere is so nice, the colour scheme and decor are beautiful. the drinks are amazing, we didn’t get any pastries this time but they look good as well, we will be back for sure :)

There’s one bad review by Bart Alpert and he is a goob. The atmosphere — swathes of light pastel colors, modern inspired decor, and friendly staff — is a sweet spot to hang and sip your coffee. I am always greeted, order taken promptly, and cappuccino or latte is divine. The beans are curated and masterly roasted. The steamed milk itself is perfectly micro-foamed: glossy, aerated, the sugars slightly caramelized. Service, quality of product, and atmosphere make it my go to coffee shop. Treat yourself ❤️

Amazing coffee in a chill, welcoming shop. The baristas were friendly and hospitable which added to the enjoyable hang. Definitely a gem in the Gainesville coffee scene. I urge everyone to ignore the harassing, low review on this feed which has nothing to do with coffee. Visit Afternoon Coffee for yourself and enjoy the delicious coffee.
