Hot-n-Cold Drinks

Came here for a quick coffee, and it was so good! The staff were friendly and quick. The coffee came with a complimentary ginger snap WHCH WAS PERFECT! I love their decorations. And right next to Don Joaquins if your feeling in the mood for tacos. Highly recommend!

Excellent dirty chai! Loved the cinnamon taste and the coffee was perfectly balanced. It was hard to find the entrance, though (I hadn't realized it was inside of another restaurant). Also, I got the blended version and there was almost a dirt taste to the ice cubes once they melted out that was surprising (similar to what unfiltered tap water can taste like). Not bad, per se, I just wouldn't drink it after the ice cubes have fully melted.

I got the Golden Rush. But the boba was hard and there was no tea in the “milk tea” ☹️ We waited for a long time and the price was expensive. I didn’t even finish my boba, it was a pretty bad experience. 😢

I ordered Golden Rush, the brown sugar boba milk tea, and it was probably one of the worst boba drinks I’ve had. The service was alright, but the worker had headphones on and it took a long time for her to make the drinks. The drink just tasted like milk and the boba pearls were hard and had no flavor. I didn’t taste any tea, but maybe it doesn’t have any tea to begin with? Either way, it didn’t have any flavor. The only positive is the cute setup though.

I was looking for good local drink places to check out, and Hot-n-Cold did not disappoint! Make your way through the Southwest facing doors and immediately to your right you will find the cutest drink bar that shares a dining space with Don Joaquin’s. There are plenty of booths and tables. I ordered the Bombom coffee and it was divine! Was provided WiFi and worked on my computer while sipping on my drink, fantastic! I would absolutely recommend stopping by. Their coconut-ginger cookies are also a must have!
