I love going here. Cute vibes, good chocolate, and wonderful staff. They have the cutest atmosphere, great apparel, and wonderful chocolate. Their Dubai is my fav! Love it here!!
The employees are so kind, I recently stopped by and they let me and a good friend come back and sample some of their chocolate! We got to learn about the process and work that goes into making their incredible chocolates. They answered any questions we had and of course the sipping chocolate and their new chocolate bar flavors were delicious 🤍
Their chocolate is great and their customer service is phenomenal!! The team at Markham and Fitz truly went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with shipping on an online order and made sure it got to the recipient. Their chocolate flavors are fun and unique and high quality - I'd recommend giving them a try!
We had such a wonderful visit to Markham and Fitz today! We lucked out with the timing - it wasn't too busy, which gave the staff time to walk my 12-year-old through how chocolate is made. They were so patient and knowledgeable, and even let them sample cocoa butter! You could tell they genuinely love what they do and enjoy sharing their craft. The products are exceptional - you can taste the quality and care that goes into everything they make. It's clear this is a team that takes pride in their work. So grateful to support a progressive local business doing things right. If you're in Bentonville, this is an absolute must-visit!
A friend gave me the chocolate class as a Christmas gift, so tonight my husband and I attended. What an experience! David did an amazing job educating us on the entire process of chocolate making. He was so knowledgeable and has such a passion for making chocolate! His enthusiasm is infectious! We had a great time, tried some amazing chocolate and really enjoyed the experience! I highly recommend the class! If I could make one small suggestion, start the class on time, rather than keep the ones who were early or on time wait for the ones who are late. 😊
