The Coach Coffee Shop

Discovered this new cafe at The Mills at Jersey Gardens. I have to say I enjoyed the cafe add to the shopping center. I ordered a Tiramisu Iced Latte with Almond milk. For my first time trying this coffee it turned out to taste delicious! I liked that there was plenty of seating I appreciated the attention to detail when I was ordering . A plus to this experience was staff were friendly. The area can be a bit loud yet that is fine since there are so many things to do inside the shopping center. Near the cafe there are Coach stores to browse or buy an item. I do recommend this place if you are into trying different coffee shops than what you are use to.

I had the worst experience here on Wednesday. The girl at the counter spoke so low I had to ask her multiple times what she said and she gave my sister and I a very nasty attitude when serving us. Rolled her eyes and reluctantly did our drinks. I don’t know if this is how management wants their business run but it’s definitely not okay.

The coffee was AMAZING, and the staff are super friendly. The merch is beyond adorable.

Service is quite slow and staff is a bit confused serving multiple orders and while I was here they mixed up a couple of orders. The tiramisu latte was good but the experience wasn’t.
