Found another hidden Gem !!!! Hidden in linden NJ …… The food was amazing , distinctive Guatemalan cuisine offering different verities and a unique taste. The atmosphere was great , the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The food was great. Everything was fresh and pleasing to the palate. The presentation and service were good.
I’m rating this place mainly for the coffee. We both had their latte (no flavor needed.) It was so so good, smooth and rich. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Cute little spot! Can’t wait to come back and try their food, which looked good & decent priced. If you’re in the area, definitely go try their hot latte!
First time here saw it on TikTok , ordered 4 frijoles y queso pupusas and a chicken soup. Total 23.00 but since I payed with card it was like 24 and change. The soup was good . But what I disliked was how huge the vegetables were. The carrot was so huge and the potato. It was good but I just didn’t find that convenient in eating my soup. Also the chicken wasn’t in the soup. They gave me a quarter leg with rice on the side. I don’t mind the rice on the side but a quarter leg , meaning I have to break up the chicken to put it in my soup? Again the food was delicious but yeah I disliked the whole chicken on the side. The pupusas were good . I’m half Guatemalan so once I saw on TikTok I had to come out and support. I def would come back but I won’t get the soup.
My sister and I stumbled upon this amazing Guatemalan restaurant, and we’re so glad we did! First off, the place was spotless—super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It has such an intimate vibe that makes it perfect whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—or even if you just want a quiet spot to work. The young lady who served us was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. This was our first time trying Guatemalan food, and every bite was packed with flavor. We loved it! I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.
