Crema's Take
“Bacio di Latte is a beloved gelato destination where the rich, creamy Italian ice cream is clearly the star, with standout flavors like their Cioccolato Belga Vegano that keeps customers coming back week after week. What sets this spot apart is the genuine warmth of the staff and the care they pour into every scoop—whether you're grabbing a quick treat or settling in for a leisurely visit, the welcoming energy makes it feel like a neighborhood gem. With four vegan options and a rotating selection of both indulgent and refreshing fruit flavors, there's something for everyone, making it a natural gathering place for friends and families looking for authentic gelato done right.”

My friend and I are recurring customers at this ice cream shop (we’ve been there about seven times). During our first five visits, we not only received generously served ice cream, but also excellent customer service. We were usually helped by a very kind young man, and the overall experience was great. However, during our last two visits, we were served by a blonde woman at the Largemon location, and the experience was completely different. The ice cream portions were extremely poorly served. It’s honestly ridiculous how little ice cream she serves, especially considering the extra price paid for a large or extra-large size. One of the main reasons we keep coming to this ice cream shop is the pistachio cream. Unfortunately, the last two times, the pistachio layer was so thin it was almost transparent — you could barely taste it, only the cone. We are confident this issue is related specifically to this employee, because another friend of ours was served by a different staff member at the same time and received a completely different (and much better) portion. When we asked why my extra-large ice cream was so poorly served compared to my friend’s smaller one, no solution was offered. Instead, they laughed, which showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and problem-solving skills. This is truly disappointing, as this ice cream shop had become our favorite. The main reason I am leaving this negative review is due to how absurdly small the pistachio portion was. Please do not lower the quality of your product. I can’t complain about the prices because the ice cream is good — but if you’re charging premium prices, the portions should match what customers are paying for.
They have four vegan options 🌱🍦 I prefer creamy ice cream, so I liked the Cioccolato Belga Vegano more because it had a rich taste and texture 🍫✨ The fruit flavors were light and refreshing 🍓🍋 Such a cute gelato shop 💓😋
Super yummy place! Saw a bunch of people walking out with various flavors knew this place had to be good. Walked in as first time visiting and the staff greeted me friendly! A plus already! Tried a few flavors and ended up being convinced to get three flavors, did not regret!! Got the strawberry and peach sorbets with their special pistachio crunch!! Super good!! Need to come back for another visit to try other flavors!
Came here to get gelato with my friend and I was pleasantly surprised cos it tasted really good. The person that attended to me was super nice as well. Will most def visit it again
Bacio Di Latte is a delightful spot for a refreshing ice cream treat. I recently stopped by and had a very positive experience, though there are a few things to keep in mind. First off, let's talk ice cream! They offer a fantastic selection of flavors, and the best part is that you can sample a few before you commit. This is a huge plus for indecisive ice cream lovers like myself. I ended up going with the peach and strawberry sorbet flavors, and they were fantastic. The texture was incredibly smooth and creamy, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. When it comes to seating, they have a limited amount of space both indoors and outdoors. The good news is the indoor space is beautifully designed – very modern and well-lit, creating a really inviting atmosphere. The staff was also amazing – incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Here's something to consider: Because the seating is limited, it might be a bit crowded during peak hours. Also, if you're craving a massive ice cream cone creation, be aware that the number of scoops you can get depends on what kind of container you choose (waffle cone, cone, or cup). Overall, Bacio Di Latte gets a solid 4-star review from me. The delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and good atmosphere make it a great place to grab a sweet treat. Just be prepared for potentially limited seating and keep the scoop options in mind!
