Best experience ever. The teas are great, and my favorite is the mint tea with a little bit of honey. The person behind the counter, I think her name is Charlotte, is always smiling and greeting people, hoping to brighten their day. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to be refreshed and have a great experience.

Excellent service and delicious drinks!! The order taker was so sweet and she even showed us to a sample of the new matcha lemonade… MUST TRY!! I added aloe Vera and it was so refreshing:)

Really wanted to like this place, but it was a disappointment.. Ordered a custom snow that came out to be over $8. $6.50 for the base and 0.75/0.85 for the condensed milk and strawberries. It looked nothing like advertised!! It came in a cheap plastic lid and plastic sporks when we dined in. Honestly, it is an embarrassment to even order this... Strawberries were kind of sweet. Found some nasty brown stuff in one of the strawberries. Overall did not look appetizing and looked very sad. It's not the kind of Taiwanese shaved snow that I know and love. Would not recommend.. Had high hopes and was very disappointed..

Variety of choices to choose from, boba 🧋 made differently, honeydew 🍈 shaved ice is best. Shaved ice quantity is huge. Service can be improved, five people are working in the back while no one seems to be interested working in the front to greet customers and take orders. It wasn’t busy but it took 15 minutes for them to take our order.

Good customer service and delicious drinks!! We were a little confused about the point system since we had been using the point system they had before, and all they told us was to download the app, but it only gives you points when you scan. So, if you forget your phone you loose on points. The macarons were pricey considering they are so small, but they were delicious. Overall good experience, we will probably be back again! 🙂
