Coffee and the Cats

Coffee and the Cats is absolutely wonderful place and the owner and staff are even better. The drinks are absolutely delicious and high quality. We hosted a birthday party for our 7 year old during after store hours and everyone had an absolute blast. While the cafe is cozy, it was plenty of space for about a dozen kiddos and their parents. They have a wide variety of add-ons for food and party packages and make the planning process super easy. The owner and staff were accommodating and inclusive, they were beyond patient with the kids, and made the party an absolute blast. Parents and kids thoroughly enjoyed their time there. We would definitely schedule a party there again in the future and look forward to visiting again soon.

Coffee and cats, I mean what more could one ask for!! Oh wait it does get better, you get to enjoy coffee surrounded by sweet cute cuddly adorable kitties. They love on you climb on you and fall fast asleep😻😻 So far my favorite drink is the Orange Tabby with an extra shot of vanilla. I order it on most days because I love the flavor of Mexican coffee and caramel/vanilla 🤤🤤I'd recommend 100/100 💯 and I'll be going back many more times❤️❤️❤️ Edited** We come here twice a month and every time there's more exciting kitties to meet and drink coffee with🥰🥰🥰

Darling little spot! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coffee is nice, I will be back to try more flavors (they are all named after cat breeds). It's $5/30min in the cat room. I recommend an iced Calico latte which is a white mocha hazelnut. The place has an interesting smell to it but it's too be expected. Does not really get in the way of the experience. Lovely decor!

The lady who owns it is super nice, the coffee there is top tier delicious. I had their cardamom latte, and my husband had a Americano. We didn't pre-order Kitty visitation tickets, but we lucked out and there was an availability. My girls had so much fun for the time that we were there. The kitties are adoptable through the humane society. They have lots of food options and tons of drink options, not just coffee! Overall an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience!! We are traveling in the area and were missing our own cats at home. When we saw it driving by we knew we had to check it out! I made a reservation the day before online and signed the waiver. It was quick and easy. The next day we came and ordered our coffee. I got the Calico and it was very tasty. We were escorted to the kitty room. They had 4 cats, one was a little shy and she seemed to be a nice arrival. The other 3 were very friendly and let us pet them, give chin scratches and rubbed against our feet! 10/10 Would 100% recommend to cat lovers in Rapid City! 🐱
