Crema's Take

This bright, gallery-like spot in Decatur feels more like browsing a curated local market than sitting in a typical coffee shop, with handcrafted goods from indie makers—soaps, candles, jewelry, greeting cards—tucked alongside the espresso bar. The chai is a standout, and their creative seasonal drinks like the Peach Latte show real ambition, though consistency seems to vary from cup to cup. It's the kind of place where you'll want to linger with your dog, chat with the genuinely friendly staff, and actually find something beautiful to take home.

Love the chai here. Staff is friendly and the gift shop has all kinds of great stuff from local makers.

I got a latte here, and it was incredibly bitter. The atmosphere was really cute - there was seating (maybe enough for 7ish people total) and a small shop with handcrafted goods like soaps and candles. There is also plenty of street parking since it’s in a residential area. Overall, it gets points for being cute, but would I go back again for coffee or recommend it? No.

Even if you’re not a coffee person, this spot has so many cool things to check out, from indie greeting cards to jewelry and wall art and many other little fun things. I definitely stop in here before I go elsewhere when I need to buy a last-minute gift or want something from a local artist.

I stumbled upon this cafe while looking for a spot near Krog St. Noticed they had a new Peach Latte advertised on the sidewalk, so I gave it a try. Expected blended peaches, but it was more of a peach-flavored coffee - still tasty though! The cafe doubles as a showcase for local artisans' crafts. While sipping my drink, I browsed the items on display. Lots of beautiful pieces, and surprisingly more affordable than what you'd find on the east side. Picked up a few things I'd been eyeing for a while - great deals! The staff was super friendly, which made the experience even better. Wishing them all the best!
