I love chai tea in general but this one is fantastic. The coconut is my favorite (although they’re all really tasty). I like my tea really strong, so I use 2 tea bags per large (16 ounce) cup, but test out the strength for yourself. I've tried all the flavors and although I said coconut is my favorite I also really like the chocolate.
At first the price seemed a little steep but it's totally worth it. You can taste the quality & only need one teaspoon per cup so it lasts a reasonable amount of time. However, if you plan on drinking it everyday I suggest getting a bag of culinary grade matcha & saving your ceremonial matcha for straight cups of tea. It’s also REALLY good for you & the buzz you get after you drink it is awesome.
After drinking this tea for a couple of weeks, My milk production increased by double. I personally never smelled like maple syrup like some people claim they do on fenugreek and my baby didn't mind drinking the milk. I also didn't notice any bloating or upset stomach while on it.
Love this matcha So far, this is the best matcha I’ve tried. I go through quite a bit of matcha (about 2 bags a month) so I’ve tried lots of brands. It tastes like what it’s supposed to taste like (Matcha has a super specific taste--it’s not for everyone). This matcha is a little sweet with a slightly bitter aftertaste but really smooth compared to some of the cheaper brands I’ve tried. I also love that they’re organic and they have their matcha lab-tested (some matcha is contaminated by lead).
Great for smoothies Full disclosure, I don’t love the taste of green tea, but I love the buzz I get from matcha so I add this stuff to my smoothies. What I really love about this brand is that it’s sweeter than other matcha I’ve tried so I don’t taste it in my smoothies. It’s a bit more expensive than some brands, but it’s organic and tastes good so I think it’s worth it.
