Crema's Take

Greco is a warm neighborhood spot where barista Jacob and the entire team treat every customer like a regular, making your coffee order feel like a genuine conversation rather than a transaction. Beyond their excellent traditional espresso drinks, they're known for rotating their menu every six months and nailing both Greek-inspired sandwiches (the honey chicken is a standout) and thoughtful pastries, all prepared with the kind of care that keeps food warm and flavorful even for takeout orders. It's the kind of place where fresh ingredients and real human connection come together to make a quick visit feel anything but rushed.

Jacob made the whole experience feel personal. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Jacob was completely dialed in. He listened to every word of my order no rushing, no distracted glances — and repeated it back perfectly without missing a beat. What really stood out was when he mentioned, unprompted, that I could customize my order however I liked. He walked me through a couple of options with genuine enthusiasm, like he actually wanted me to leave with exactly what I was craving. And he pulled it off with a warm, easy smile the entire time. This is the kind of service that turns a quick lunch stop into a reason to come back. Jacob is a real asset to this place.

This is one of my favorite place to go to for the honey chicken sandwich and donut that they have. I love that they change their menu every 6months instead of being boring. The staff are super nice.

This was AMAZING. Would definitely come back here—amazing gyros and loved the zucchini chips. Even getting takeout, it was warm and their tzatziki was phenomenal. They could have added more tzatziki to my chicken gyro, so I’m glad the zucchini chips came with extra. Good pita too and I’m happy it had fries in. Price is moderate ($12.50 and I added romaine for an extra $0.50—they could have had added a little more of that too). See more of my reviews at @alexissokson on IG or AlexEats500 on YouTube!

If you’re looking for something quick to eat, this is not the place! The food is really very tasty, Souvlaki platter very good, the chicken lacked a little more cooking but really good. They must improve service and attention because there is no one who attends to their customers or a leader who guides them, elusive and disoriented I perceived. The port was very good, successes!

The food, atmosphere, and people here are absolutely incredible! Everything is fresh and full of flavor - one of my favorites here is the beef bifteki! What made my day was the genuine kindness and hospitality here. I waited just a short moment for my food, and everyone was so friendly. In the end, they didn’t let me pay and even shared a variety of their amazing dishes with me! The new meat in the photo was delicious! Huge thanks to Stefanos and Manoli; warm, welcoming people who made the whole experience so lovely for me. I’ll definitely be back!! 🥰
