“Kneads has genuinely strong bagels and a loyal following for breakfast food and matcha drinks, but the 3.4 rating reflects a real inconsistency problem: service ranges from warm and attentive to noticeably cold, prices run high for what you get, and the bakery side (despite the display) doesn't live up to the hype. If you're craving a good bagel sandwich and hit it on the right day, you'll understand why people keep going back; if you don't, you'll leave frustrated about what you paid for mediocre execution.”
What to expect
Strong matcha and tea selection. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Delicious food at this place! Stopped in for breakfast and was definitely called and tempted by the big donut display. Prices are a little bit high, but everything I had was so delicious I would argue it’s well worth the price. Seems like it would be a good place to work from.
