Crema's Take
“Queen B is a family-owned gem where fresh-baked pastries like their legendary cinnamon rolls and croissant hybrids arrive daily alongside thoughtfully crafted coffee that earned near-perfect reviews. The space strikes that rare balance of being cozy and spacious with excellent natural light and a chill vibe that keeps regulars coming back several times a week. It's the kind of place that celebrates its community—they've been known to hand out flowers on International Women's Day—and clearly takes pride in creating something special, from the unique food offerings to the overall warmth of the experience.”

Queen B is a new favorite. The coffee was incredible, the cinnamon rolls were next level, and the vibe inside was immaculate. They were even passing out flowers for International Women’s Day (and my puppy loved her treats), which was such a thoughtful touch. Something about the coffee and atmosphere reminded me of our mornings in Greece- Can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been coming here a couple times a week for a while now and it’s easily become one of my favorite spots. It’s a family owned cafe with a really chill ambiance, the music isn’t too loud, and the staff is really nice. Also the prices are pretty fair for Chicago. The coffee is what keeps me coming back. Their lattes (both iced and hot) are consistently great, and the food is solid too. I also end up bringing my laptop here pretty often since the wifi is surprisingly fast, over 300 Mbps. It’s a great spot to get some work done and enjoy good coffee.
This place has great coffee and pastries made fresh in-house everyday. The croissant cinnamon roll was delicious. Lovely space and a good amount of seating. I will be back.
So cute! Great coffee, food was unique and delicious, very nice staff! Plenty of seating with large windows which made it feel cozy yet very open. The only thing I could even be a little bit picky about was that the self serve water machine dispensed room temperature/warm water, though it said it should be cold. Could have been user error though lol. Overall would recommend this cafe! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
An amazing spot for breakfast! A full menu of coffee both usual and unique, and a very good sandwich menu too. The Nutella croissant was finger-licking good! The turkey sandwich was perfectly toasted and the chive cream cheese was so good! The iced latte was so satisfying and refreshing on a hot day. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sitting outside in the sunshine felt great! Such a great spot, stop by! 😊
