Crema's Take

Tucked into a shared Brentwood lot, The Perch delivers genuine small-town warmth with a loyal following who swear by signature items like the Portuguese muffin egg sandwich and creative beverages like the honey lavender latte. The tight quarters and counter-service style don't slow down the kitchen—expect quality breakfast and pastries in under ten minutes, plus a charming patio that opens up the space. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where regulars return for years, drawn as much by the genuine atmosphere as by consistently excellent food and coffee.

Excellent atmosphere with a small town charm. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses, and the angles spots are difficult to pull out in the right direction. But the food is worth that small hassle. I will definitely recommend to my friends the next time we're in town 💜

The egg sandwich on a Portuguese muffin (+ bacon) is hands down my favorite breakfast item in Nashville. I’ve been coming to The Perch for many, many years and I can’t seem to ever get anything else. I love this place. I love their food, their coffee, the reliability, and the ambiance of the location. Unfortunately I frequently get my orders to-go or delivered, but when I do get the chance to dine-in it’s a relaxing and delicious experience. I recommend The Perch to anyone visiting from out of town or anyone looking for a yummy breakfast. Thank you for being my sustenance at least once a week!

Food was good! Its a bit small but they do have outside seating. The service was very minimal. You order and they drop off kinda thing.

AMAZING! Ordered the lemon and sugar crepe with strawberries with a honey lavender latte. Service and food were top-notch. We got there right as they opened. Our food was out in less than 7 minutes. Thought about the Nordic crepe, but they were out of ingredients. Before we left, they received their shipments and gave us the ingredients to go for a snack!!

Stopped for breakfast during a road trip. The menu isn’t extensive but has good options as an alternative to a chain restaurant. The coffee is great and the waffle was delicious. Our food was out quickly, which was important for us to not take a long break during our drive. There is plenty of seating and parking.
