Crema's Take

This Johnston gem punches above its weight with genuinely delicious food and drinks that keep locals coming back, from perfectly crafted specialty coffee to beloved hot weiners that have become a quiet neighborhood staple. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality shine through despite a quirky, unconventional layout that somehow adds to its charm as an unpretentious hidden gem. It's the kind of place where you'll find yourself recommending it to friends precisely because it doesn't look or feel like it should be this good.

The food and drinks here were absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Do not be fooled by the outer appearance, this is truly a hidden gem.

1st time trying this spot out, i can say i was well impressed. The hot weiners were great. Definitely recommended, especially if you don't want to drive in Olneyville Providence. Plus this location is a closer commute.

Terrible, wasted almost 40 minutes and $$ to get nothing edible. Charged a different price from the menu; seemed like they had no idea how to use their POS system. Got a chai made with milk from a crusty container. After 20 minutes and multiple confirmations on my order, was told they had no eggs. They had no idea how to even make the chai; they asked if I could try it to see if it was right, and when I said it wasn't for me they looked defeated and went to the back of the store. They didn't want to refund me, then struggled for another 10 minutes with the POS system. Eventually I got some cash (not even the full amount for the sandwiches) and decided to cut my loses and leave. Amazing how poorly run this place is, which is a shame their setup looks nice has a ton of potential.

After driving by a couple times i finally had a chance to stop in with my husband and enjoy some weenies. I’m sure glad i did i was greeted by 2 friendly employee's. Great costumer service. We decided to eat at the picnic tables… ? Danielle brought out plates and extra napkins for me and my husband👍🏼 shout out to the cook joey my steak sandwich was on point and my chili cheese fries were sooooo good . Definitely will be a regular.

Staff are very nice. Menu is coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream. The layout is the most bizarre I’ve seen. Outdoor covered picnic tables, a semi-covered outdoor area, and then random furniture in a garage-like area which is attached to what is essentially a show room for the adjacent business. The black and red exterior does not give a cafe (or ice cream) vibe. Will definitely be back to check out their food offerings. Don’t let that dissuade you from checking the place out, it’s in a very convenient location, and as stated above, the staff are very nice
