Crema's Take

Red Kite Coffee Company cultivates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere where regulars feel like family and travelers find a reason to linger—locals rave about the warmth of the space and the quality of the espresso-focused drinks, particularly their house-roasted "Night Train" latte that's worth the detour alone. Whether you're settling in for a working session, meeting a friend, or just needing a moment of calm, this is the kind of place where you're treated kindly and the coffee actually tastes exceptional.

This is a delightful and warm atmosphere with tasty drinks that I can do by on the road work with my clients at this place and make recommendations to my coworkers to get their drinks here!

I really try to support local. But the fact that I would come in, in the beginning of this year almost every Sunday after church. And every time I would come in with a smile and just being kind, not having a complain about of my drink being wrong or whatever. But not getting the same energy back. I was never greeted with a smile or have a small conversation with me. Unlike other customers. I really do try to support local. But 9 times of 10 I am always greeted with distaste and most people of the workers seem Stand Offish. I don’t know if it has to do with the fact that I am Mexican American or the skin of my color. At this point I am just going to support local businesses that make me feel welcome. I would rather support big companies that make me feel welcome and appreciated rather than like me not belonging there.

I like studying here on the weekends because it's got a nice atmosphere. They have the typical coffee shops drinks and pastries. I wouldn't recommend the veggie frittata but the smoothies and teas are very good.

Stopped by here while passing through town. Nice folks. Relaxing location. And absolutely the best Latte I’ve ever been introduced to. The roast is called “night train” and is apparently brewed locally. The barista did an amazing job. It was so good we thought about turning around for seconds. Instead, we called them up and ordered five sacks of beans.

We were in Fayetteville to visit our son when we had decided to go sit at a coffee house to get me ready for the drive back to Harrison, and let our five kids visit some more. On the way after finding this place on google our serpentine belt shredded. Luckily we had an extra that came with the van so while my husband tried to replace it after calling roadside the five kids and I sat inside. At first I was a bit worried because it is a coffee house and my five ages (14, 10, 10, 9 & 4) usually are not the quietest of children. From the start though the young gentleman working was wonderful. I had ordered a Mocha and a hot chocolate for all the kids to share. Naturally my eldest daughter didn't want a hot chocolate and expressed it outloud. The gentleman made a huge deal about how his was the best and let her and her sister watch him made it. Granted my kids know how a small espresso machine works but it is always so much cooler when someone else does it. She was enthralled in watching and he handed to her to drink. She loved it. We ended up having to sit there for over an hour and thankfully we have a travel chess and bingo game with coloring supplies. While my husband and I were dealing with the roadside and working on the van the kids sat in a lovely area and occupied themselves. At one point I came back in from outside and found that three of the kids were up at the counter. I found out that my daughter had asked the employee a question about sizes of cups and some of the science behind the counter. He was so wonderful at engaging the kids and conversing with them. He really helped with moms nerves because I was worried they were brothering him and the other customers but everyone reassured me they were being quite and respectful. This place was just going to be a quick stop that in the end being a favorite in Fayetteville for the 7 of us. The atmosphere is a coffee house but with a few activities the calming environment really rubbed off on the kids. You guys have a GREAT employee behind the counter that really is knowledgeable and wonderful with adults and children. We were there on Sunday the 27th of November and I really wish for the life of me I can remember the gentlemans name because he made sure to get the kids names before we packed up and got on the road.
