Crema's Take
“Tucked away in K-Town, this café strikes that rare balance between serious coffee destination and full-service kitchen, where you can linger by the window over both expertly crafted specialty drinks and surprisingly strong food offerings like kimchi fried rice and steak nachos. The vibe draws people back repeatedly—reviewers rave about the thoughtful decor and refreshing house creations like their Banana Cream Matcha Latte and Grapefruit Aid—making it the kind of hidden gem where you'll want to settle in for a slow morning or afternoon rather than just grab and go.”

This is a return visit for my friend. We took a seat by the window to consider the menu options and had a bit of a wait to place our orders. My Kimchi and Cheese Fried Rice had a little kick from the Kimchi. The egg yolk was delightfully runny. The dish was tasty but a little oily for me. It also had the spring onions I'd asked to leave out, so my first job was to de-onion. My friend enjoyed her Spinach and Feta Cheese Omelette. The server was very nice but there was only one person during the first half of our visit so it was a little slow. They also won't split bills which annoyed my friend in both her visits. The decor is modern and elegant. Conclusion: an ordinary experience with minor speed bumps.
This place is such a hidden gem in LA! One of the best cafes by far. Service and food is some of the best you’ll get in K-Town. The steak nacho was delicious paired with a glass of beer. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
This café serves food as well as coffee, which is a style that’s pretty rare these days. It was fairly clean, and the coffee wasn’t bad. The male staff member was extremely friendly, but the female staff member’s expression was really unpleasant.
I came here twice during LA trip and both times only had drinks. Loved decor and the vibe! Drink was refreshing and delicious. Next time I wil try their food. From other reviews food look great. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings.
Grapefruit Aid - The drink is sour at first sip and has to mix the drink really well. It is a good refresher drink for spring and summer time. Banana Cream Matcha Latte - At first sip, I was able to taste the banana before the matcha. It tasted creamer after mixing with the cream topping. I recommend mixing it first before drinking if wanting a nice mixture taste of banana matcha. Breakfast Banh Mi - The sandwich is originated from Vietnam and made their own twist to it. The texture and taste about the same as original banh mi, but the only difference I had noticed was the soft boil egg that was added to it. There is both indoor and outdoor seatings for any occasion and has free WiFi if needed. If dine-in, they use reusable tupperware for both drinks and food.
