Flavoringo Raspados

So upset at this place I wanted a Dubai strawberry cup at an original price of $13.98 and I wanted my strawberries sliced so it was an additional $2 that’s fine then the lady says they don’t have pistachios cream and wanted to still charge the same price for 2 cups that I was going to order it’s ridiculous it’s missing a whole part to Dubai strawberry cup and didn’t want to give a discount for the missing huge ingredient!! I am a faithful customer. For valentines I bought 7 Dubai cups and every other weekend I come and purchase plenty of stuff here and bring my kids along and it’s not cheap. I do not recommend at all. Service sucks and that is more than enough for me. Next I’ll post on tik tok.

I bought the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and an excessive amount of chocolate was poured in after I paid. I asked to have some of the chocolate removed and was blatantly told no! I then asked for a refund and was told no again. There was no sign or policy stating no refunds or remakes. The employee threatened to make me move away from her counter when I refused to leave without a refund. I have a video and I will be posting it shortly.

$12 for a tiny Dubai Chocolate bar. Not impressed. Don't get Dubai Chocolate here.

I have gone several times to this location and I really like getting the Fresas con Crema. The customer service is always great too. I keep forgetting to take a picture so I can share on here.🤭 100% recommend

Has to be the worst raspado I have ever had. I ordered the nuez coco vanilla raspado , added lechera on top of that . Great customer service but as soon as I saw that water down raspado I knew.
