Crema's Take

Costas Café Bakery & Deli is a genuine neighborhood gem where multilingual staff (Portuguese, Spanish, and English speakers) create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like stepping into a community gathering spot. Beyond solid traditional coffee made with properly steamed milk, they're known for their fresh pastries—particularly their beloved cheese bread—and a full breakfast menu that keeps regulars coming back for both quick caffeine runs and leisurely sit-downs with friends and family.

Loved this place! Was brought by a friend who is portuguese, the owner and staff speak Portuguese, Spanish and English. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a sweet bread with salt, pepper and ketchup. Also had a small cafe latte which the size of the glass was big and the breakfast sandwich was also a big portion. Pricing is also on the economical side. Place is definitely popular by the locals so parking can be a hassle but worth it!

WARNING NOT FRESH, IT'S PRECOOKED. I requested a "2" croissant not toasted with turkey egg white & cheese. I also specified it, because they have the habit of toasting everything they serve. Because it was precooked hrs before. I stood there in front & watched what they did. They took out already cooked eggs from one bread sandwich with turkey & just added the cheese, then added it a croissant. Then they put it into the toaster griller. I asked how did they cooked it & they lied & said, they cooked it in the kitchen. Since the order was to go. I DIDN'T WANT TO BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. But when I got home & opened it was grilled & precooked. I brought it back to them & got my money back, it's disgusting. Instead of throwing it out they put it back on display.

Cute little local cafe...their pastries are fresh, their coffee and tea are made with steamed milk...just the way it should be. I love coming to this place. The ambience is bright and cheery, and people are constantly coming in and out of this cafe—a testament to its popularity. Of all the local joints, my wife and I frequent this cafe the most.
