Another Broken Egg Cafe

There was a long wait, almost 45 minutes, for a party of two, which felt excessive for breakfast. The overall vibe of the place was nice, and the food was good. Our server, Mya, was friendly and mentioned they were having a contest and encouraged us to leave feedback. She was kind, but there were moments where anticipating guest needs a bit more would have improved the experience. The only food item I didn’t care for was the sausage, but everything else was solid. Overall, it’s a good spot with a nice atmosphere. However, if I have to wait 45 minutes for breakfast, I’m not sure I’d go back. It may be a bit overhyped for the wait time.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Our Server Isabel did a great job at helping us navigate the menu. She was very attentive and even helped me find vegetarian options in the menu despite me not finding any at first. Loved this place and will definitely be returning in the future.

The service was wonderful. Monica was our server and she was very helpful with describing the menu to us and very welcoming. Amazing food and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back again!

All I have to say is wow! This is probably the best breakfast spot I found here in Edinburgh, Texas in the last three years. Upon entry, you agreed by the hostesses, seated immediately, it was pretty crowded and there already but we did get a seat of our choice. As you can see from some of my pics and video, it was well maintained, great atmosphere, bright, and filled with smile, smiles. I ordered an omelette with sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, potatoes, and a side of fruit which was cooked to perfection, flavorful and portioned very well. Also ordered the chorizo omelette with avocado, that was super delicious especially when I put it on the English muffin. It was so savory. The coffee was on point and the water with lemon. It was so refreshing. Our server KYA was amazing, gave us great recommend recommendations and was very attentive. Definitely recommend the broken egg café. What a great visit. Mya our server was amazing!!! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our visit was top notch. The food was outstanding. Eggs cooked to perfection, over easy were perfect, scrambled were great and all the other food was tasty, hot and delicious. If you’re looking for a great meal and better service come here. Ask for Mya she’s awesome
