Do yourself a favor and take ALL of your pharmacy business ANYWHERE ELSE than Walgreens. This one or any other Walgreens. As a company they have completely forgotten their core business purpose to, ya know, fill prescriptions. They wont order medically REQUIRED medications and then blame it on others when they lie and say an order was placed but canceled by those "above them". It seems that they have placed the authority to order and fill medications in the hands of the business suits rather than pharmacists. If i wanted to have a MBA decide my medical matters, i would have HMO insurance. I don't. It is no surprise that the company was taken private and sold to a retail conglomerate last year. What else did they expect with this terrible customer service? They need to reinstall the soda fountain and leave the real pharmacy business to their competition who, by the way, had my medication ordered and delivered the day after i transferred them out of Walgreens. That's a task Walgreens couldn't achieve in TWO WEEKS of repeated back and forth with the pharmacy.

Lula& Que they are very very helpful very knowledgeable The pharmacist technician these two ladies are absolutely phenomenal I love them they're always attentive to your knees and make sure that your prescriptions and medications and any paper that you need to be sent to the doctor they make sure all of that's done I appreciate them

I’ve been using a good rx for 5 years here and Alberto suddenly decided to make up a rule about the DEA not letting me use a GoodRx coupon and he made me pay full price, 150% more out of pocket. He was combative and unprofessional. I called for my refill and spoke to someone else that told me I absolutely can use the GoodRx coupon, I went to pick it up and Alberto was the cashier, there was suddenly no made up DEA rule because the other lady had already ran the GoodRx. He was also rude and awkward as usual. He does not deserve to have a customer facing job. I transferred all my prescriptions to Publix and will never use a Walgreens again.

I am really pleased with the service that these kind representatives always provide me upon my retrieving prescriptions or purchasing items with the store. Also, young security officer is very cordial and accommodating.

The pharmacy is a total disaster and the staff are really rude and incompetent 😭 I went to get a flu shot after having an appointment scheduled at 11am and no one was even being seen or in line and I left after 45 minutes of waiting. They said they were short-staffed (lie) and that they were “getting my shot ready”. So it takes 45 mins to prepare a flu shot???? Completely ridiculous. Go to the CVS near the Galleria - they are amazing, so friendly and saw me immediately!
