Church's Texas Chicken

The two piece special is enough to get me through the day. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help. The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Happy Holidays!

Orderd carry out on 1/09/26. The power was out on west street. Instead of canceling staff just gave whatever. I ordered 16 piece mixed and got all dark meat, ordered french fries and got mashed potatoes. Nothing I wanted. I think i should recieve a refund, or at least partial refund.

We ordered the smokehouse special, thinking that we would get smoked chicken. Nope. Not smoked. But it was half a chicken. Not a big chicken. It had little to no flavor on the meat. We asked for spicy and they sprinkled seasoning on the skin. Also, my macaroni was burnt.

Never been to Church’s, so thought I’d try it. Used the drive thru as my kid was sleeping in the back. Order took nearly 15 min, and I drove around to wait as instructed. Got home, and there were only 7 boneless wings in my order for the 12 piece. They were so small and not worth it. They tasted good, sure, but there was more packaging waste than food at the end of the meal. Waste of $13. Unlikely I’ll ever try it again.

Waited 20 minutes to get our food, found out they gave our food to someone else. Offered us an apple pie for the inconvenience but then forgot the pie lol. When we got our food the okra was over cooked and tasted like it was fried in old grease. Chicken tenders were juicy but tasted weird. Mac and cheese was good so was the mashed potatoes. There was only one friendly person working the other employees avoided eye contact and ignored the customers. Not worth the money to come back.
