The food here is always delicious and comes out fast and hot. The young African American server was very nice and attentive. This will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots in the city.

Recently discovered this hidden gem - go here for a wonderful neighborhood diner atmosphere (they were featuring jazz from the 20's and 30's while I was there) with food that tastes home cooked and the kindest service from people who've been running the restaurant for 50+ years.…

Absolutely loved our experience! Classic Castro in all ways, including historic artwork to perfect location and most importantly stellar service, literally… “Stella” was stunning in every way and will return because of her! Our breakfast and experience was absolutely perfect!

This legendary cafe was there on Castro back in the 90s, and unlike many businesses which have disappeared, is thankfully still there! Sassy waitresses work hard to serve the breakfasts from the large menu and all is good value.
