Crema's Take
“This downtown Sioux Falls spot has mastered the art of the leisurely morning, earning devoted regulars who return for thoughtfully executed crêpes (both sweet and savory) and a carefully curated tea selection that extends well beyond the usual offerings. The warm, attentive service and consistently bustling atmosphere make it a genuine gathering place, though you should arrive early or expect a satisfying wait on weekend mornings. Whether you're after their signature savory crêpes with quality ingredients like gruyère and spinach, a perfectly-executed green tea, or a full breakfast spread, there's a genuine care in execution that keeps people thinking about their meals for weeks afterward.”

lovely atmosphere and great service! i enjoyed my mixed berry crêpe, though it was a little dry. i like how the water was consistently filled throughout our time there.
Came here to try the burger for the burger battle and it was great! Loved the atmosphere and a lot of stuff looked tempting on the menu. So I'll definitely be back!
Stopped into M.B. Haskett in downtown Sioux Falls. About a 20-minute wait, which felt reasonable given how busy it was on a Saturday morning. I had the crepe with gruyère, ham, and spinach, topped with a sunny egg. The crepe was well made and the seasoning was spot on, generously salted in a way that elevated the flavors. The runny egg tied everything together and made it a really satisfying breakfast. Good coffee, a comfortable space, and food that’s clearly done with care. A solid spot downtown and one I’d gladly return to.
Amazing! I really enjoyed the tea selection, and the green tea I got was great. I tried the savory crêpe, which was perfect in my opinion! I’ve been thinking about this crêpe for weeks! I sat at the bar, so I got to watch the employees make everything. I found this quite fascinating, and it made for a really enjoyable experience. It was busy at 12pm on a Sunday, but that was to be expected. Who wouldn’t want to eat here?!
My all time favorite place for breakfast. I think I’ve had everything, it’s all excellent, but my go to is the classic crepe with a sunny egg and a side salad. The truffle vinaigrette is where it’s at. I could bathe in the stuff. Do not skip this - you won’t be disappointed. And if they’re ever running their eggs Benedict special I highly encourage you to get it.
