Fellini Coffeebar

Crema's Take
“Fellini Coffeebar is a beloved Berkeley gathering spot where baristas genuinely know their regulars and create an unmistakable sense of community, especially on the outdoor patio where laptops and conversations flow equally. They're known for exceptional value—a stellar $3.75 latte that's beloved across the Bay Area—plus creative signature drinks like their standout Mexican Mocha, all backed by quality pastries from top East Bay bakeries. It's the kind of place where you'll find yourself becoming a regular, welcomed back each time by warm staff who make you feel like you belong.”

One of my go-to coffee spots in Berkeley. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of community here. Regulars gather on the outdoor patio to work, chat, and connect. I’ve had a few great conversations with the owner, too. He’s such a thoughtful and genuine person!
The baristas are very friendly and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, visitors, and customers alike.
It’s a great place and coffee is amazing. One of the best Mexican Mocha ever. Also you get a free shot on your medium coffee!
Best value caffe latte in the Bay Area! This establishment offers a solid latte for $3.75 along with tasty pastries and donuts from the finest high end bakeries in the East Bay. The setting is no frills with a few tables and chairs in a largely empty parking lot with no car traffic that catches the sun. The huge lot must be worth a fortune as Fellini splits it with a pizza restaurant, hence the lack of traffic. I paid $6.50 for a latte at Sightglass in San Francisco that was not as good. My latte and 2 excellent pastries came to $12. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and friendly. You can also purchase their exclusive Mr Espresso roasted beans at an equally reasonable price. Head there quick before the landlord cashes in on the lot which is right across the street from Target. Best value latte and easiest parking in Berkeley makes this a new favorite destination for me.
I grabbed a medium roast coffee and a turkey sausage sandwich as in the picture. The coffee was good, however, the sandwich was too chewy and didn’t feel good eating the microwaved sandwich. The frozen sandwich that is microwaved isn’t worth the price, taste, and quality. Not a bad place for coffee but gotta think about the food items.
