Le Cafe Coffee

Crema's Take
“This espresso-focused Jersey City gem excels at both coffee craftsmanship and thoughtfully prepared brunch, with reviewers consistently praising the freshness of dishes like their salmon avocado toast and the genuine warmth of baristas like Julie, Daishana, Lexi, and Destiny. The cozy, inviting atmosphere makes it equally suited for lingering over a expertly-pulled espresso or meeting up with a friend, though be prepared for slightly elevated pricing that reflects the quality ingredients and care that goes into each drink and plate.”

Visited this cafe while doing an apartment tour for VYV. The salmon avocado toast was yum - one of the better ones I’ve tried in the area. The salmon and avocado were fresh and carefully prepared. Slightly pricey, but would recommend!
Le Cafe Coffee is a wonderful spot. The coffee is top-notch, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her latte. The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the staff was warm and attentive. A great place for couples or friends to spend some quality time.
This has become by go-to coffee shop around the area. The coffee and food are always great! The baristas are all very nice, Julie, Daishana, Lexi and Destiny are great and never fail to put a smile on my face. They even remember my order every time! If you go here definitely try the avocado toast or the French vanilla latte. A fave. 😋
Overpriced trash - don’t come here. $24 for a coffee and sandwich. They literally forgot about our food when we were the only ones there. Once I reminded them - they gave me a sandwich that didn’t match the advertisement at all (see pictures). They said “sorry that’s not right at all” and said they’d make a new one. Then they ran out of turkey and said they’d couldn’t make the sandwich. My partner’s sandwich literally had a small rock and some dirt in it - I cannot make this up. We told the staff and they said “oh that’s everything bagel seasoning” but it was a small stone (see picture). Ended up getting a refund after a full hour of torture. If you value your happiness and sanity, avoid this place at all cost.
Spent about $23 total added eggs (+$2). The meal was a solid 7/10: flavorful, well-seasoned, not too salty, and definitely filling for the price (around $12ish). The matcha was high-quality; I asked for it with 1 pump of honey lavender and water instead of milk. Still a bit on the sweet side, but manageable. Overall, slightly pricey, yet worth it if they can keep the same quality consistent.
