The vibe is elegant and cozy with waterfront proximity and skyline views, making it feel like a proper third space rather than just a caffeine pit stop. Food is a secondary strength (stick to simpler items like the croissant and avocado toast), but come for the drinks and the newly polished atmosphere under new management.”

Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks, matcha and tea options too. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.
