Uncle Harry's New York Bagelry & Coffeehouse
4950 N Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA
Crema's Take
“This New York-style bagel shop brings authentic East Coast breakfast energy to Fresno, where the real star is their impressively varied bagel selection paired with genuinely excellent lattes that regulars rave about. The generous Bacon Egg & Cheese and creative options like the Oh So Hash (vegetarian) bagel make it feel like a proper neighborhood gathering spot, though service can be inconsistent depending on when you visit. Come hungry and ready to experience the kind of proper breakfast sandwich that'll make you forget you're in California.”

Most amazing bagel sandwich I've ever had. I love all the different bagel options too! Great lattes as well.
Very pleasant experience. Helpful staff and efficient. Bacon Egg & Cheese just like back home! 10/10
Just received our take out from Uncle Harry's New York...@ Fig Garden mall. Services were terrible the counter service got wrong. The order was for takeout and repeated twice she even when to the order display and reviewed and did nothing like she placed the order correct. At the pick, when called another person picked it it up and the other was prepare for done in. I reported the mistake and she gladly replaced it. I checked out our replacement order. They forgot to include a plain bagel. When we got home, everything was a mess except the plain bagel. The plain with cream cheese was smashed with the cream cheese oozing out the sides, steak and egg cream was worst. It had sauce oozing out the side, and wrapper in the middle. I assume these would taste better if the prepares were trained properly. Had I known, my daughter is a federal food health inspector. I'm not reporting it today. I recommend you have a couple certified food inspectors on the front line and in the kitchen. Today was a mistake to go the Uncle Harry's. Some will report the service conditions and seating capacity conditions. You need to start training your staff.
This place is amazing! I got an iced vanilla latte and an Oh So Hash bagel (it’s vegetarian). That latte is one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. And the bagel was delicious too!
As someone who’s lived in NY for 4 years, I’ve never seen a flatter bagel in my entire life. The bagel was decent, but kind of lacking in substance. Usually in Ny I can only eat half a bagel because they’re so filled, but I was able to eat this entire bagel in one sitting. The cheese wasn’t even melted, and I’m not sure where the eggs are from. The eggs look like the eggs in McMuffins at McDonalds… Besides that though, service was great, very fast, and the atmosphere was nice!
