Lighthouse Coffee

I really liked the lady that took my order she was super nice and made an amazing drink definitely recommend it! 10/10

I was at the mall getting some things today and wanted coffee but something other than Starbucks so I stopped here. I ordered a large iced caramel latte. I can’t remember exactly what it was called. The total was just under $10 and I was shocked by the price but figured it’s the mall, maybe that’s why so just went with it. I watched the girl make my drink and she went over to a coffee station and poured coffee into a measuring cup and then into my drink cup. It was busy and I’m not confrontational so I didn’t say anything but I was shocked that they charge that much for a drink where they don’t even use expresso. They also called it a latte. It’s not a latte.

Have stopped here a couple of times while I have been at the mall and usually don't have much to say either way as it is an average experience, however today was different. The gal in front of me was talking after she ordered and I am not sure what she said, however the Barista that was working made the comment in a condescending tone that she doesn't have to buy her coffee from there if she didn't want to. Like I said I am not sure what the customer said, however I can't imagine an employee of mine making that kind of comment. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but customers are like teeth - ignore them and they will go away. Customer service 101 is that you listen to your customers and the customer is always right. I will probably avoid this business based on what I saw today.

La Donna and Zack are amazing and so sweet! The entire staff is wonderful. I always look forward to getting coffee in the morning. Sometimes I will even come to the mall on my days off to see them and just say hi. Everyone at Lighthouse is awesome! :) The drinks and snacks are always delicious. This is my favorite place for great coffee. I go there so often

The drinks are ok. I'd had my drink card stored with the others in the kiosk. Lo and behold the last time I went back my card wasn't there? I had at least 8 drinks on it! I appreciate the cause the owner stands for. I didn't even get offered to start a new card. Or a sorry.
