Crema's Take

VieTea is a refreshingly distinctive boba and tea spot in Myrtle Beach where creative drinks like lychee and peach smoothies with specialty pearls are crafted with real care, not assembly-line indifference. Beyond the beverages, this place has genuine character—a spacious hideaway with a pool table and welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for lingering conversations or escaping the beach town chaos. The owners clearly take pride in getting details right, from thoughtful flavor combinations to an atmosphere that feels like a local discovery rather than another cookie-cutter boba chain.

My brother and I tried the lychee drink, and it was amazing! We both really enjoyed it. The café has a wonderful atmosphere, and they even have a pool table.

This place is disgusting! Holy crap does Myrtle Beach not have health inspectors? Ordered a very simple tea with tapioca Boba and they gave me jelly instead so I had them remake it. No big deal. But how in the world do they serve food at this place? Dirty dishes are stacked up on the floor. Dirty pots and pans are stacked up on the floor. They have an improper sink. This place should be shut down they don’t have a kitchen, everything is both filthy and junky. It was mind blowing. The stage area looked cool, that is it. Old decorations from Thanksgiving and Christmas just stacked up like a hoarder situation - it’s only mid-January so no big deal about the discarded Christmas crap everywhere, but the Thanksgiving pumpkin decor told another story. There was no place for them to cook food, are they using an air fryer?? This place was crazy and seemed illegal. They seriously should be shut down - someone is going to get sick. Mind blown by them having such a mess in the same area you wait for your tea. The loads of dishes, some dirty, all stored on the floor was just crazy. The tea (just milk powder mixed with water and poured over ice) was mediocre. The boba was pretty fresh. No more than a few hours old. But was it cooked in one of those pots? I hope not. And why do they need 34 pots on the dirty floor?? WEIRD

Great atmosphere! This place has character it's not your typical copy and paste Boba place. I got the chicken nuggets and a peach smoothie with strawberry pearls.

First time here, but not a newbie to boba/bubble teas. The shop is bigger than it seems from outside. I ordered a peach green tea with lychee popping boba and a matcha red bean bingsoo. The owner realized I was Korean after that, haha. If you're unfamiliar, bingsoo is Korean dessert that's like a cross between ice cream and shaved ice. It's super refreahing but still nicely smooth. The peach green tea was exactly what I wanted - great peach flavor and no bitterness from the tea itself. Will definitely back!
