Pineapple Sol

My husband and I stopped by Pineapple Sol for breakfast to kick off our Anniversary (which is on Valentine’s Day ❤️), and it was the perfect start to celebrating us! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The waffles with whipped cream and berries were amazing, and the breakfast bowl and croissant sandwich were just as impressive. Everything tasted as good as it looked! I ordered the caramel Frappuccino, and Hope was so elated because she loves making them and they recently added it to the menu. That little moment made the experience even more special. Hope was wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it shows. And the atmosphere? Such a sweet surprise! The restaurant was decorated in the cutest, fun floral theme that worked perfectly for Valentine’s season. It made our anniversary celebration feel extra special. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for a cozy, delicious breakfast in Cary!💕

This breakfast was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The avocado toast topped with perfectly poached eggs was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the blueberry cream pancakes were sweet, fluffy perfection. When our server wasn’t completely happy with the first round of lattes, she remade them without hesitation and absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail and commitment to getting everything just right really stood out. Add in the friendly personalities and beautiful décor, and it made for such a wonderful dining experience. Hope to return again on our next visit to Raleigh.

The service was absolutely amazing. She pointed us in a good direction and everything we had was delicious!! The chicken and waffles were seasoned and fluffy. Surface croissant was buttery and the eggs were fluffy. The best part was the Biscoff latte! So creamy and sweet. They also gave us a complementary strawberry cheesecake bite which was delicious too. Thank you so much for this experience!

Sometimes you come across a place that is more than just food. It's special and the people who work there are super nice and friendly making you feel welcome, like visiting an old friend. Pineapple Sol is that kind of place. From the moment we walked in and ordered, until the moment we walked out, it was an overall nice experience. My wife has many allergies and many times when she orders we get the eye rolls, sighs, we've seen it all, but not here. She was so helpful and sympathetic to my wives's needs. As a coffee over myself I am always on the hunt for a good cup of Coffe and what I got was amazing! Not only did it look beautiful, but the taste was out of this world! Not too sweet and not too much of anything, a perfect balance of coffee heaven! Overall the experience was one to remember and seeing other folks enjoying themselves as well was an extra treat. As far as a vibe for this cafe, I immediately thought of my song, "Take the Time, from my first instrumental album, "When Words Aren't Enough." It just seems perfect for this place. If you want a quick, cheap meal, go somewhere else. If you want to savor your food, enjoy the company of your friends while gently sipping a great cup of Joe, this is your place! When we visit Cary, NC, there is where we will be having our breakfast! Thanks everyone there for making our trip memorable!

Every dish was perfectly prepared, The portions were generous, leaving no room for complaints, and the prices were reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality offered. The service was great and the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that the food arrived promptly without compromising on quality. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate made the experience even more enjoyable.
