Cosmic Kava

Love this place! Best team ever! Romi, Nina, Dillon, Danny and James make this place a great place to hang out with friend, watch a game, play pool or just chill out to music. Made a lot of friends here.

Literally the best kava place and has been for a while. The workers are just incredibly kind and genuine and the drinks are some of my favorites from anywhere in town. This is a true lounge atmosphere- gamers come with their laptops to sip and game, there's pool in the back, plenty of comfy couches and seating, you can absolutely bring your friends to catch up at a place like this. Or just grab some kava to go if thats the way you hang.

Everybody there is so nice and welcoming. I’ve started to go in the morning for the buy 2 get 1 free drinks 8-10 (I think). Sara, the Kavatender most mornings is awesome. If I can’t make it in the morning the afternoon happy hour buy 1 get 1 is another awesome option. Or if you want to work remotely it’s a great place to set up and get work done. All the Kavatenders are great! Dillon, Evan, Romi, Sara, Taya and of course James they all seem to genuinely enjoy being there, and making sure everybody is enjoying themselves. If you go there to work, people will realize you’re busy and let you get your work done. You may even be lucky enough to see Maureen, the owner. She will be the one smiling.

Can't go anymore since the Monday nights were ruined. From mostly acoustic music, where me and my girlfriend could relax at the end of a long day, we now have to deal with the most awful DJ (personally and in his music choices), as well as a metal guitarist...who is actually quite talented but the space doesn't acoustically support that kind of music. No matter where we sit, we have to yell to be heard and it's not a relaxing environment anymore.

The staff here is amazing. They are very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about the products they serve. The drinks are all delicious too from what I've tried so far. The atmosphere here also exceeded my expectations. There's a few tvs, and even had the Monday Night Football game on the first time I stopped in. There's also a pool table and other activities available. I'll definitely be back, and it's the best Kava Bar in SWFL if you ask me. Plenty of parking available also.
